The main activities of the HR Department are to deal with coordinating, supervising and fulfilling the following:
•    conducting background research and making recommendations on tactical and strategic issues related to HR and optimal utilization of university personnel based on transparent and objective standards for evaluating and deployment of staff;
•    analyzing and evaluating the existing salary guidelines, bonus packages and other incentive programs for university personnel;
•    making plans for personnel development, participating in the arrangement of personnel training and retraining;
•    analyzing the interests of participant parties in labour relations, evaluating possible conflicts.
